The 12-Session Program
A 12-session process designed to help you move through patterns that feel deeply ingrained — so you can experience meaningful, lasting change.
Overview
The CSRT package is a 12-session, private, one-on-one therapy process for individuals who want to address specific emotional goals. Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or every other week, depending on the pace that best supports integration.
Focus Areas
Package
Your intake helps clarify where to begin and what matters most — allowing the work to take shape in a way that is specific to you, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
Optional check-ins or reflection prompts to help process insights and sustain emotional movement between sessions.
Not just symptom relief — the work is designed to uncover and shift longstanding patterns, attachment wounds, and inner blocks.
Many clients report lasting clarity, relational shifts, and renewed internal alignment even after the 12 sessions.
Investment
I do not accept insurance. Superbills are available for you to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
Fit

Questions
CSRT is a focused, experiential approach to therapy developed to help individuals access and shift deeply held emotional patterns. Unlike traditional talk therapy, CSRT goes beyond insight — working at the level of felt experience to create real change.
This work is for self-aware, motivated adults — often in midlife — who feel stuck despite having done significant personal work. It's particularly suited for those who have plateaued in other forms of therapy or who want a focused, time-limited process with clear goals.
I do not accept insurance. Superbills are available so you can seek out-of-network reimbursement from your provider.
The 12-session CSRT package is $5,000, which includes 12 live 50-minute sessions, a personalized treatment map, and integration support between sessions.
Yes. Many clients choose to continue with ongoing therapy, shift into a custom maintenance plan, or schedule periodic check-ins to maintain and deepen their progress.
I do not offer couples therapy or substance abuse treatment. However, I do work deeply with relationship dynamics — including attachment wounds, betrayal, disconnection, and trust repair — within individual therapy.
After you submit the application, I'll review it and reach out to schedule a brief consultation to see if we're a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we'll schedule your first session and begin your intake process.
