Process
Therapy with me is collaborative, emotionally engaged, and deeply tailored to the person sitting in front of me. Some people come because something feels stuck. Others are navigating a rupture, transition, grief, or a quiet sense that something important needs to change.
We move at the pace of what feels meaningful — thoughtfully, relationally, and with depth.
Therapy that feels different.
This work is not only about understanding yourself intellectually. It is about slowing down enough to notice what is happening underneath — emotionally, relationally, and internally — so change can begin to feel real in your daily life.
The Process
Lasting change happens through emotionally lived experience — not simply understanding why something is happening.
We work beneath surface symptoms to understand what is shaping your experience — old wounds, relationship patterns, protective ways of coping, and the parts of you still organized around earlier experiences.
Some people come for focused work around a particular transition or struggle. Others stay longer as deeper layers emerge. Together, we determine the pace, depth, and shape of the work.
What We Can Work Through
People come to this work carrying many different things. What they share is a sense that something is stuck — and a readiness to work at depth.
Fit
This work tends to resonate with thoughtful, self-aware adults who are seeking deeper emotional change.
At this time, I do not offer couples therapy or intensive crisis treatment. If you are in immediate crisis, please call or text 988 or seek emergency support.

Questions
Traditional talk therapy often focuses on understanding what happened and why. That understanding is important — but insight alone doesn't always create change. This work goes further into emotional experience, relational patterns, attachment dynamics, and what's happening beneath the surface in real time. The goal is not only understanding yourself differently, but experiencing yourself differently.
This work tends to be the right fit for self-aware adults who are genuinely motivated but still feel stuck — often despite significant self-knowledge or prior therapy. If you've plateaued elsewhere and are looking for work that goes to a different depth, this may be a good fit.
Yes — much of my work includes supporting women navigating the emotional and identity shifts that can emerge during midlife. This may include changing relationships, grief, reinvention, hormonal and emotional transitions, questions of meaning, and a growing desire to live more fully and authentically. While I work with adults across many stages of life, midlife is an area of particular depth and interest in my practice.
I do not participate directly with insurance panels. However, many clients receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits, and superbills are available upon request.
This is a private-pay practice. Sessions are $350 for 45 minutes and $375 for 60 minutes. I'm happy to answer any questions about fees or fit during our consultation call.
After you submit an application, I'll personally review it and reach out to schedule a brief consultation call — a warm, low-pressure conversation to get a sense of what you're carrying and whether this feels like the right fit. If we decide to move forward, we'll schedule a first session and begin from there.
"Real change happens not only in understanding — but in how you begin to experience yourself."
