Approach
Depth-oriented, experiential psychotherapy for thoughtful, high-functioning adults — when insight alone hasn't been enough.
The Work
My practice is grounded in experiential, attachment-based work and informed by psychodynamic understanding, somatic awareness, AEDP, and Core Self Reclamation Therapy (CSRT).
I don't approach therapy as a fixed protocol. I draw from these frameworks flexibly — shaped by who you are, what you're carrying, and what feels most needed.
Many people who come to this work are already insightful and self-aware. They often understand their patterns intellectually. And yet something important still feels stuck.
That space — between understanding and genuine change — is often where our work begins.
Three Qualities
Change happens not only through insight, but through lived emotional experience — where patterns are felt, understood, and gently transformed. Sessions move beyond the story into what is held emotionally, relationally, and in the body.
We work beneath surface symptoms to understand the emotional patterns underneath — attachment wounds, relational dynamics, protective strategies, and parts of yourself that may still be organized around old experiences.
Some people come for focused work around a particular transition or challenge. Others stay longer as deeper layers emerge. Together, we determine the pace, depth, and direction that feels most meaningful.
What We Can Work Through
People come to this work carrying many different things. What they share is a sense that something is stuck — and a readiness to work at depth.
Fit
This work tends to resonate with thoughtful, emotionally curious adults who are looking for something deeper than insight alone.
At this time, I do not offer couples therapy or intensive crisis treatment. If you are in immediate crisis, please call or text 988 or seek emergency support.
For women navigating the specific terrain of midlife, I also offer The Midlife Shift →

Questions
Traditional talk therapy often focuses on understanding what happened and why. That understanding is important — but insight alone doesn't always create change. This work goes further into emotional experience, relational patterns, attachment dynamics, and what's happening beneath the surface in real time. The goal is not only understanding yourself differently, but experiencing yourself differently.
This work tends to be the right fit for self-aware adults who are genuinely motivated but feel stuck — often despite significant self-knowledge or prior therapy. Many are in midlife, navigating identity shifts, relational changes, or a persistent sense that something important hasn't moved. If you've plateaued elsewhere and want work that goes to a different depth, this may be it.
I do not participate directly with insurance panels. However, many clients receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits, and superbills are available upon request. I'm happy to discuss this during a consultation.
Yes. While some people come for a focused period of work on a specific pattern or transition, many continue in longer-term therapy. Depth work often unfolds in layers — what becomes possible as the work deepens is frequently different from what seemed possible at the start. We'll discuss what makes sense for you as we go.
After you submit an application, I'll personally review it and reach out to schedule a brief consultation — a low-pressure conversation to get a sense of what you're carrying and whether this feels like the right fit. If we decide to move forward, we'll schedule a first session and begin from there.
"Real change happens not only in understanding — but in how you begin to experience yourself."
